Video tutorials - the answer I've been looking for!

Since I launched Break Free in March 2006, I have been planning to make an e-workbook / audio download available on-line as a way of reaching more smokers. But something was stopping me going all out to make it happen. Perhaps it was because I was unsure just how effectively I could communicate the Break Free method through written word and audio alone. Also, I had previously thought that video would be costly to produce or result in a file size too large to easily download or stream.

Either way, more recently I have been coming round to the idea that on-line video tutorials can provide the missing link, by allowing me to fully explain and demonstrate what needs to be done to free yourself from cigarettes forever.
